The below mentioned policies for order cancellation, returns, refunds and shipping pertain to the products  and services sold through our website https://www.resposeindia.com only. These policies are not applicable to any sales made through the offline channels.

For Physical Products 

Return

Product must be returned to us within 15 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. Returns shall be accepted only for the reason of being damaged or found defective on delivery.

Refund 

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Respose Waste Management and Research Pvt Ltd (hereafter called as  "ResposeIndia " will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. within 2 working days.

Cancellation

 

Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.However return is possible for all defective or damaged orders/products.

For Digital Products 

 

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled. There is no Refund or Return policy applicable.

Digital products are downloadable from our website or will be sent to you over email in an automated manner instantly.

For Services

No cancellation, returns or refunds are possible for service products such as consulting services, training services, workshops etc. However, depending on the nature of the service and the delivery channel, ResposeIndia may provide a provision to transfer the same to another beneficiary or to deliver the service at a later date. This provision will be in line with the policies mentioned alongside the service
