Pre-Dismantling & Safe Handling - Initial manual dismantling ensures access to internal assemblies and safe removal of compressors.

Compressor Cutting - Our high-efficiency Compressor Cutters enable copper recovery by removing the internal core of the compressor.

Refrigerant Gas Extraction - A dedicated Gas Collection Unit enables safe recovery of refrigerant gases - CFCs/HFc-, preventing atmospheric release and ensuring compliance with environmental norms.

Size Reduction - After the hazardous and bulky components are removed, the shell moves into the size reduction stage. Units are fed via an Inclined Feed Conveyor into a high-performance Shredder, reducing the material into manageable fractions, liberating the bond between plastics, foam insulation, and metals. Automated conveyor based feeding into the shredder ensures a steady throughput and enhances operator safety.

Metal Recovery - An Over band Magnetic Separator extracts ferrous metals from the shredded mix, enabling high-purity recovery streams.

Manual Sorting & Segregation - A Horizontal Sorting Conveyor facilitates manual separation of non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other materials—ensuring optimal recovery and flexibility. Trained personnel visually check and segregate aluminum, copper, and high-grade polymers.
